Matured in a manzanilla sherry barrel since June 2019

Nose: A lot of sweetness. Candy apples, fruit crumble and Madeira cake.
Palate: Vanilla and salted caramel, then becoming slightly spicy with notes of ground black pepper
Finish: Some cinamon present, sour grapes then fading off with a lovely drying finish
